APPROACH TO TREATMENT
My approach to treatment is based around two core principles: integrative/functional medicine and plant-based eating. Functional nutrition is patient-centered, evidenced-based, and focuses on underlying causes of disease and discomfort. I take into account a client’s health history, environment, and lifestyle factors in formulating a collaborative treatment plan. Your individualized plan will depend upon your goals, signs/symptoms, labs, medical conditions, and lifestyle.
After studying nutrition for 10 years and being open to all different dietary approaches, I believe that moving closer toward plant-based eating is the healthiest way to prevent and reverse many conditions. In some cases, however, this may not be appropriate (extensive food allergies, certain GI conditions) and we can work together to come up with a plan that fits your needs. My aim is not to convert you, but to support you on your path to wellness.
Once booked, you will receive a link to a platform called Practice Better where you can fill out the intake forms.
